Congreso mundial de justicia juvenil - declaración final

This declaration is the result of the World Congress on Justice with Children held from January 26-30, 2015 in Geneva, Switzerland. The congress aimed to strengthen the global juvenile justice system, bringing together child justice practitioners from around the world to exchange good practices, research, and to advocate and promote international cooperation among child justice professionals. The declaration considered the situation of children in contact with the law around the world, as well as the main challenges of juvenile justice. Finally, recommendations were established on the basis of international legal instruments in order to create good practices that respect and protect the rights of children in contact with the law.
